THE DETAILED ITINERARY.

NIGHT 1: HANOI – LAO CAI

We pick you up in the hotel then drive to Hanoi station for a night train to Sapa (overnight on the train, the cabin with 4 berths, soft sleeper and air-conditioning), you can book the whole cabin or you can share with 2 other persons.

There are several train depart from Hanoi station between 7pm to 10pm, the journey is about 8,5 hours, the end in Lao Cai Station.

Overnight in the train.

DAY 1: LAO CAI – SAPA – LAO CAHI – TAVAN ( 4hours trekking, 14 km, 2 villages. )(B,L,D)

06:00 - Arrive at Lao Cai train station. Welcome by your local guide and driver. Transfer to your Sapa for breakfast & relax. Take a jeep ride for the first part and go downhill to the valley. Cross Muong Hoa River to get to the other mountainside for 2 villages of the H'mong and the Dzay - LaoChai and TaVan village. Picnic lunch on the way. Dinner.

Overnight at hotel.

DAY 2: SAPA – CAT CAT – LAO CAI ( 2 hours trekking, 1 villages. ) ( night train ) (B,L,)

Breakfast at the hotel. A walk to Catcat village to visit the H'mong, the hydroelectric power station built by French people and silver waterfall. Walk back to Sapa and free to explore the town. In late afternoon, get on the bus to Laocai station for the night train to Hanoi (air-con. berth). The end of the tour.
