THE DETAILED ITINERARY.

NIGHT 1: HANOI – LAO CAI

Transfer from your hotel to Hanoi Railway Station for the night train to Lao Cai.

Overnight on the train.

DAY 1: LAO CAI – MUONG KHUONG - CAO SON ECO LODGE = 75 -85km,( B, L, D)

Having breakfast by the train station then heading to Muong Khuong district. Cycle uphill to the habitat of Flower Hmong in Ta Then where you will make a ride along the pine forest and rice terraces. Continue to Muong Khuong town, having lunch.

In the afternoon, you will discover the verdant valley of Nam Lu then heading to Cao Son. Explore an everlasting hidden treasure of Cao Son where cultural interest and natural wonder astonish you with great attraction. It is ideally a marvelous getaway to hide yourself from busy city life and to indulge in the magnificent nature. Lying on the elevation of 1500m,

Cao Son Eco Lodge brings visitor a very feeling of home. Our lodges are located under the green of pine forest, deep in the forest, overlooking to mountain range and lush valley near Chay river.

Dinner and overnight in Cao Son.

DAY 2: CAO SON ECO LODGE – LAO CAI = 70km (B, L, D)

The trails are secluded and less travelled. You will have a very impressive day while enjoying the magnificent view of Ta Thang and Chay river. Proceeding to Coc Ly where you will take a boat trip on Chay river. Lunch with local family in Trung Do village.

In the afternoon, you will have a beautiful time to experience the local agriculture: rice, sugar, tea plantation. Visit China border before return to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi around 5 am next morning. Tour ends at Hanoi Railway Station.
