
Online Travel Vietnam: The national flag carrier, Vietnam Airlines, from September 26th, will offer a 35 per cent discount for non-stop flights between Vietnam and France, Germany and Russia in the new promotion program, “Y Deluxe”.
Accordingly, passengers in Vietnam who buy the "Y Deluxe" tickets at the price equivalent to the Economic class will enjoy many convenient services. The program is applied for flights before October 30th to Russia or December 31st to France and Germany.
Vietnam Airline is serving three types of tickets on direct routes to Paris (France), Frankfurt (Germany) and Moscow (Russia), namely Economic, Y Deluxe and Business which are combined Vietnamese identities with high-quality modern equipment, with 23 flights per week which the airline will then increase to 29 per week from December, 2011 after the operation of the non-stop route Vietnam-London (England).
The Y Deluxe service has many prominent features, including the larger space between two seat rows (15cm more than the Economic class), a foot-rest and AVOD (audio-video on demand). Besides, passengers also enjoy freely slippers, night-kits and drinks and better meals.
The passengers only pay VND 18.73 million (US$ 899) for one-way tickets and VND 27.1 million (US$ 1,299) for round-trip tickets, excluding taxes and additional charges.
