
Online Travel Vietnam: The name of De xoi xa, a signature dish of a small goat food restaurant located in Ky Dong Street in HCMC’s District 3, originates from the way people cook goat meat with many various leaves, including lemon grass.
After dipping the goat meat into the soup pot, customers can roll the meat into rice-paper with various vegetables and dip the roll into chao or tuong ban sauce. The combination of the soft goat meat, the taste of the sa leaves and sweetness of the soup makes for a beautiful dish.
