MEMORABLE THAILAND TOUR (9 Days / 8 Nights)

Day 1: Arrival Bangkok. DAY 1: BANGKOK ARRIVAL (D)

Arrival at Suwanabhumi airport, Bangkok, you will be met with our friendly guide and then transferred to hotel, check in and free at leisure. Dinner with your first taste of Thai culture will be in Silom Village in the evening, where you’ll enjoy some authentic Thai cuisine whilst listening to a Thai-classical performance.

DAY2: BANGKOK CITY TOUR – NATIONAL MUSEUM – SIAM NIRAMIT DINNER SHOW (B, L, D)

After breakfast, you’ll cross the colorful Chinatown and reach the traditional flower market [Pad Klong Talat], a display of colors and perfumes of flowers, vegetables and fruits, and it’s a great chance to see how Thais run their businesses with a mix of hard work and smiles. After that visit to the majestic compound of the Royal Grand Palace, and then visit to Wat Pho; famous for the gigantic statue of the sleeping Buddha and for the ancient school of Thai traditional massage. Enjoy a lunch in one of the hidden gems of Bangkok, the Arun Residence, from where you can enjoy a view of the Wat Arun. After lunch, crossing the river and visiting the Wat Arun, the amazing Temple of Dawn made of porcelain. Then, continue on visit to “Bangkok National Museum”, the main branch museum of the National Museums in Thailand. It features exhibits of Thai art and history. In the evening, welcome enjoy dinner and the best show in Bangkok named is “Siam Niramit” (Siam - the Enchanted Kingdom) is a grandiose tour through Thai culture and history taking its audience back in time to mystical bygone eras. Quite rightly billed as a ‘World Class Spectacular Show”, and after that transfer back to hotel and free at leisure.

DAY 3: BANGKOK - AMPAWA (B, L, D)

Pick up at your hotel in Bangkok and departure to Ampawa. The first visit will be at Wat Bang Kung. This interesting temple is completely embraced by the roots of a huge Banyan Tree. Our next visit will be to Baan Benjarong. Benjarong is enamel over glaze process painted on china ware. The finish never fades and is strong enough to resist scratching. The entire surface from rim to base is drawn by hand and you can watch the skilled artisans at work. After lunch at a riverside restaurant, check into the resort. In the afternoon, explore the canals during a trip in a motorized long-tailed boat. The boat trip offers plenty of photo opportunities of coconut and fruit plantations, wooden houses built on stilts along the canals, narrow bridges and footpaths, villagers and food-sellers in rowboats and people taking a bath in the canals. In the evening we will take one hour boat trip to watch the fireflies, which is at the present quite difficult to see them.

DAY 4: AMPAWA – DAMNOEN – SADUAK FLOATING MARKET (B, L, D)

After breakfast at the resort, depart by taxi-boat to Damnoen Saduak Floating market, and then continue to Kanchanaburi. Check in at Hin Tok River Camp. After lunch, visit nearby Hellfire Pass Memorial, which is dedicated to those Allied prisoners of war and Asian laborers who suffered and died at Hellfire Pass during the construction of the Burma-Thailand railway in World War II. A 4.5 km walking trail along the embankment of the former railway (the tracks have been dismantled after WW II) provides a deep insight into the plight of the workers along the trail. Later in the afternoon, take a walk or bicycle to the nearby village, where locals engage in weaving large bamboo baskets, which are traditionally used to transport fruit and vegetables to the markets.

DAY 5: KANCHANABIRI – BANGKOK (B, L)

Early morning may choose to take a bicycle ride to a nearby temple and offer food to the monks. After breakfast, embark on a leisurely canoe ride down the Kwai Noi River or less adventurous we can arrange a motorized long-tail boat instead. Continue by motorized long-tail boat to Resotel pier. Lunch at a local restaurant. Embark on an exciting train ride on the historical "Death Railway" from Wang Po to Takilen and continue to Kanchanaburi town, where we will make photo stops at the Bridge over the River Kwai and war cemetery. And then drive back to hotel in Bangkok. Dinner on your own account

DAY 6: BANGKOK – CHIANG MAI TOUR – KHAN TOKE DINNER (B, L, D)

Breakfast at hotel and then transfer to the airport for flight departs for Chiang Mai. Upon arrival at Chiang Mai airport, you will be met with our friendly local guide and transfer to hotel for check in and take short rest. After that, enjoy with a quaint and picturesque Meo Hill Tribe Village set in an attractive hillside spot and see the Meo tribesmen dressed in their colorful traditional costumes. After that, transfer to Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep is a Buddhist temple in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand. The temple is often referred to as "Doi Suthep" although this is actually the name of the mountain it is located on. The temple is located 15 km from the city of Chiang Mai and is a sacred site to many Thai people. From the temple impressive views of Chiang Mai can be seen and it remains a popular destination of foreign visitors. Then back to hotel and free at leisure. Enjoy your dinner with relax in an informal atmosphere whilst dining on delicious northern Thai cuisine called “Khan Toke”. During the meal, a traditional northern musical ensemble will play soothing music while charming dancers will entertain you with the fingernail dance, candle dance, sword dance and ramwong dance. After that, there will be a fireworks display. Then, a selection of hill tribe dances performed by the Akha, Yao, Lisu and Karen tribes rounds up this entertaining evening.

DAY 7: CHIANG MAI – PAI (B, L, D)

Leave from Chiangmai after breakfast to the North. Stop at the beautiful Orchid Nursery and butterfly farm. Continue drive to Mae Taman Elephant camp. See elephant shows by bathing, Response the commands, demonstration to work in the jungle by dragging Log and pushing Logs. Experience elephant ride for and 45 minutes through the jungle, continue the Ox-cart riding for 15 minutes back to the back. Lunch will be provided at the camp. Enjoy the peaceful scenery by take the Bamboo rafting along Mae Tang River for an hour; on the way see the nice Lychee and Longan Fruit Orchards. After that drive up along the winding road to visit the Lisu hilltribe village at Baan Pang peak. Villages of this colorful ethnic group are to be found in the mountains of China, Myanmar (Burma) and northern Thailand. And continue drive to Pai. Pai is a wonderful, small town nestled in the hills of Mae Hong Son province in northern Thailand; check in at hotel and dinner.

DAY 8: PAI – MAE HONG SORN (B, L, D)

Breakfast at Resort and then leave from hotel to Tham Lod, or Tham Nam Lod, is a 400 m deep cave with a wide stream running through it. This cave is home to many wonderful stalactites. In addition, Tham Lod is also the site of numerous archaeological finds. Take the short Bamboo raft to see the ancient cemetery inside the cave. See the beautiful stalactite and stalagmite. Picnic lunch will be provided. And then transfer to visit Lahu hilltribe, Bann Mae Lana, Fish cave (Tam Pla in Thai) national park. The name is a bit misleading. There's no cave that you can really go into. The park surrounds a place where a small stream emerges from the rock face of a hill. However, there are definitely fish. Big brook carp of a kind found only in a very few places in Thailand. The fish grow up to a meter (three feet) long and appear deep blue in color. After that, drive to Mae Hong Son. Arrive at Mae Hong Sorn, where is known for its charm of scenery and culture, check in at hotel and Barbecue dinner.

Transfer to Fern Resort.

DAY 9: MAE SORN CHIANG MAI – BANGKOK (B, L)

Breakfast at hotel and then transfer to Baan Nai Soi; visit to the Padong long-necked tribe and long-car tribe. World famous longneck tribe one of the hill tribe immigrate to live in Thailand for a long time. The people are helpful friendly and lovely. Women of this wear brass ring on their necks and limbs. The number of the rings increases according to their ages. Their shoulders are pressed lower while their necks seem to be longer and longer. Visit the beautiful Myanmar style temples at Wat Jong Come, Wat Jong Klang Wat Doi Kong Moo and Wat Hao Wieng. Transfer to Mae Hong Sorn Airport for take the afternoon flight to Chiangmai.
