Western cuisine festival launched in Hanoi

Online Travel Vietnam: The 6th Western Cuisine Festival 2011 will take place at the National Library, No. 31 Trang Thi Street in Hanoi, this Saturday, May 28th by the EuroCham Vietnam with the participation of well-known restaurants and hotels in Hanoi, including Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, Sofitel Plaza Hanoi, Hilton Hanoi Opera, Melia, Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi, Grand Plaza Hanoi and the Mercure.

The festival is a good chance for local people to discover and enjoy many Western cuisine flavours, such as Paella a delicacy from Spain, Zurichoise beef with Spatzle from Switzerland, the Metropole Chef's clay pot, Italian Lasagna and Spaghetti Bolognese and assorted baguettes and pizzas.

There is also an entertainment area for children with games and entertainment activities, including a castle model, house of balls, face-painting and more.

Tickets at VND 250,000 per person including 9 coupons for foods, beer and drinks, are available at the EuroCham Hanoi office, the Pane e Vino Restaurant and at the gate of the National Library from May 22nd. Entrance is free for children under 10.
